We switched our medical and stationery consumables supplier to Hillcroft Surgery Supplies and it’s proved to be our best move. We easily set up monthly order sheets for our teams to use and can also place additional orders via their website. Our main ordering and invoicing is all in one place with great value for money. All their personnel are pleasant and helpful to work with and the chat box is answered swiftly. Nothing is too much trouble.

We initially did an in-depth analysis of their spend and were able to reduce this significantly, along with consolidating their multiple suppliers to reduce paperwork and admin time. We also resolved the customer service issues and number of back orders they were experiencing, with over 95% of our orders being delivered in full.
We then worked with them to align our ordering systems with their preferences, by creating bespoke order forms for each product category which has enabled a user-friendly, simple and effective system for them.
This has established a great working relationship and we look forward to a long lasting supply partnership with this much valued customer!
